Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to improve collaboration and efficiency in the Care Delivery engineering group.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical stacks and collaborate with product teams to shape requirements
• Mentor and guide engineering team members while setting expectations
• Maintain engineering practices and address technical issues while identifying resource gaps

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product development and mentoring engineers
• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Experience with MVC frameworks such as Rails or Django
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and versioning tools (preferably Git)
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and front-end technologies
