Key Responsibilities

• Build, hire, and lead a high-caliber team of Android Mobile developers
• Set and maintain latency, stability, and developer productivity goals for Mobile Applications
• Collaborate with feature teams to ensure high-quality code delivery for Reddit's Mobile applications

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience leading a team of software engineers as a people manager
• 8+ years of experience in developing internet-scale software, preferably in Mobile or Platform development roles
• Strong experience in setting goals, execution, and accountability
• Experience with the Android native mobile platform
• Software development experience in one or more programming languages and mobile frameworks (e.g., Kotlin, Java, Python, Go)
