Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Development (Backend) to lead development resources and solve complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead the development of secure, robust, and scalable technical solutions
• Drive products from inception to release through technical and thought leadership
• Manage people development, resource allocation, and enhance overall productivity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in web service/API development, database, and DevOps
• 7+ years of experience in service-oriented architectures, system performance analysis, and agile software development
• 5+ years of experience in distributed systems, cloud computing, or document storage technologies
• 4-7 years of relevant leadership experience preferred
