Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - Database Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team in designing, building, and operating SQL/Postgres/Cassandra database platforms
• Manage project dependencies, negotiate delivery dates, and ensure timely project completion
• Support team performance evaluations and foster a culture of achievement and trust

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building enterprise-scale platform services
• Strong knowledge of operating Cassandra at scale
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
• 6+ years of coding experience and 5+ years in a mission-critical environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
