Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in development, preferably with Elixir/Phoenix or other functional programming languages
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems or complex enterprise applications
• Ability to mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, system architecture, and DevOps principles
