Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Proven experience leading full-stack engineering teams across various technologies
• Strong hands-on background in backend development and cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects and deliver results in an agile environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
