Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Core Team Activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage up to 25 direct reports and oversee execution on critical business objectives
• Collaborate with Product Managers to plan roadmaps and ensure high-quality execution
• Lead the team through Agile processes and drive cross-organizational initiatives

Required Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Minimum of 8 years of people management experience with an engineering team
• At least 10 years of experience as a software engineer or equivalent technical experience
• Experience managing engineering organizations of 20 or more, including managing managers
• Experience working on consumer-facing product onboarding flows on the web
