Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Core Experience Web.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage up to 25 engineers and oversee execution on critical business objectives
• Collaborate with Product Managers to plan roadmaps and ensure high-quality execution
• Lead the team through Agile processes and drive cross-organizational initiatives

Required Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of people management experience in engineering
• At least 10 years of experience as a software engineer or in a technical role
• Experience managing engineering teams of 20 or more and managing managers
• Hands-on experience as a senior web front-end engineer
