Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Trust Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10-15 engineers, fostering a culture of security and collaboration
• Oversee the delivery of critical projects in the Security and Trust domains
• Implement and enforce security standards and policies for product development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software, infrastructure, or security engineering experience
• 8+ years of experience managing and developing engineers and/or managers
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time in an Agile/Lean environment
• Experience providing actionable feedback and coaching to engineers
• Experience building SaaS software with a focus on operational excellence
