Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Compute and Infrastructure teams within the Cloud Platform organization
• Define and execute a cohesive strategy for multi-cluster, cross-region compute and infrastructure platforms
• Oversee cloud cost efficiency initiatives and drive platform improvements to enhance development velocity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing managers
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with distributed systems or infrastructure in a cloud-native environment
• Proven ability to lead multiple technical domains under a unified platform strategy
• Demonstrated success in hiring, mentoring, and retaining engineering talent
• Strong technical judgment with the ability to define clear charters and structure teams effectively
