Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager for the Creator team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of full-stack engineers to build core planning artifacts
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to develop reliable and performant solutions for complex user problems
• Shape the technical direction and define processes to scale the team effectively

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years managing engineering teams delivering complex web applications
• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including production work with React and Node.js
• Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguous, high-impact projects
• Experience managing the full talent lifecycle, including hiring and performance management
• Solid grasp of modern web technologies, system design, and API-driven architecture
