Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop multiple engineering teams within the Customer Platform, promoting a high-performance culture
- Define technical strategy and execution plans to align with business goals, focusing on innovation and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to influence product roadmaps and ensure robust system architecture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus
- 10+ years of development experience, with a strong background in backend systems
- 3+ years in a leadership role, with experience in building high-performing engineering teams
- Deep E-commerce/Subscription experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or other OOP languages and web frameworks
