Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - Admin Experience Frontend.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of front-end solutions for admin user, app, and footprint management
• Set technical direction for key frontend domains, ensuring quality, reliability, and performance
• Manage team dynamics, including performance reviews, goal setting, and mentoring of engineers

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years in leadership/management roles, with experience leading teams of 10-15+ engineers
• Strong experience in frontend or full stack engineering, particularly with TypeScript/JavaScript and React
• Proven ability to influence technical decisions across multiple teams or domains
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
• Demonstrated history of improving team practices and operations
