Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale solutions in cloud environments
• Minimum of 5 years leading software developers, with preference for experience in growth engineering
• Experience building and deploying production-grade web and SaaS applications at scale
• Strong understanding of growth engineering domains including experimentation platforms and product analytics
