Key Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in low-latency LLMs and real-time AI architectures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience in real-time, latency-sensitive systems
• Experience as a software engineer in an AI or SaaS start-up
• Knowledge of LLM infrastructure and AI backend management in production
• Strong foundation in backend systems and low-latency design patterns
• Experience with telephony platforms like Twilio and WebRTC
