Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience with real-time, latency-sensitive systems
• Previous experience as a software engineer in an AI or SaaS start-up
• Knowledge of LLM infrastructure and managing AI backends in production
• Experience with telephony platforms such as Twilio and WebRTC
• Proven track record in mentoring engineers and fostering career development
