Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager, Sensor Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team for the management platform of virtual, physical, and SaaS offerings
• Oversee the development process, including sprint planning, code reviews, and team mentoring
• Collaborate with product teams to develop and launch innovative solutions for customer interaction with sensor products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience delivering Enterprise, Security, or Network products
• Demonstrated history of leading engineering teams and improving their performance
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong programming experience with Golang and Javascript
