Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Engineering to lead a cross-functional team of engineers and enhance user engagement through their app.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Design to deliver impactful features and experiments for nutrition tracking
• Balance feature delivery with infrastructure improvements to ensure scalability and reliability
• Manage delivery processes, maintain a healthy backlog, and uphold quality standards within the team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams in collaboration with Product and Design
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data attribution in mobile apps
• Proven track record in consumer-facing development for native iOS and Android apps using Agile methodologies
• Experience in mentoring and coaching engineering teams
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices and building high-traffic mobile applications
