Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Reporting & Enterprise Hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale high-performing engineering teams across Reporting and Enterprise Hub
• Drive execution on strategic initiatives, including reporting infrastructure improvements and dashboard capabilities
• Set technical direction and guide product strategy for data products in collaboration with cross-functional partners

Required Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in a full-time engineering management role managing 10-15+ engineers
• Experience managing 2+ distinct product areas or teams simultaneously
• Strong technical depth as a former senior or staff engineer with knowledge of data infrastructure
• Proven track record of delivering results across multiple workstreams while maintaining quality
• Experience in setting product and technical strategy in partnership with Product and Design teams
