Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the development of cloud infrastructure and developer platform solutions
• Manage and mentor a senior engineering team while driving recruitment and talent development
• Collaborate with various department heads to align and execute strategic roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of management experience in rapidly growing organizations, including at least 1 year managing managers
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, site reliability, and application reliability
• Familiarity with containerized solutions, Kubernetes, and CNCF-approved tooling
• Track record of running production workloads across multiple cloud providers
• Passion for improving healthcare and a desire to lead in platform building within the tech industry
