Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the development of a world-class GenAI training platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and roadmap for platform and product teams, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy
• Manage and mentor geographically distributed teams, fostering a collaborative and outcome-driven culture
• Oversee end-to-end technical execution, including design, implementation, and rollout of core platform components

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management and leadership roles in product-driven environments
• Extensive experience in building and maintaining production infrastructure systems for multiple product verticals
• Hands-on technical expertise in major cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
• Demonstrated success in designing infrastructure that supports AI/ML capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote and globally distributed team environment
