Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Data Foundations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team focused on data architecture and schema evolution
• Own and evolve the application data model and governance strategy
• Drive execution of foundational initiatives for long-term platform success

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience (backend, data, or full-stack)
• 4+ years of experience managing software/data engineering teams
• Proven experience designing and scaling data-intensive systems for SaaS products
• Deep understanding of data modeling, schema evolution, and event-driven architectures
• U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
