Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead global engineering activities for multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of engineers to ensure product support and development
• Develop organizational capability and engineering skills to support division strategies
• Establish and implement a global engineering strategy and monitor performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in manufacturing or new product development
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in new product development
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership role
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
