Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead global engineering for multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of engineers to support product development and customer needs
• Drive organizational capability development and engineering technical skills among staff
• Establish and implement a global engineering strategy to enhance productivity and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in a manufacturing or new product development environment
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in new product development
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership role
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
