Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the platform engineering strategy and roadmap
• Lead development and operation of core platform components including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure frameworks
• Champion modern engineering practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, platform/cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including people management
• Strong technical expertise in cloud environments and CI/CD tools
• Demonstrated ability to lead modernization initiatives and drive adoption of new engineering practices
