Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager: Cloud + Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow two teams focused on SRE and Cloud Platform
• Coach engineers through technical challenges and design tradeoffs
• Define technical direction for infrastructure and cloud platform foundations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles, including 2 years of people management
• Strong grasp of SRE fundamentals such as SLOs/SLIs and incident management
• Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure managed services
• Experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
• Proven ability to translate operational challenges into engineering solutions
