Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager - Production Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team for cloud IAM operations and compliance across major cloud platforms
• Define and execute strategies for automating cloud access and IAM policy enforcement to enhance security controls
• Drive compliance programs and ensure reliable security data pipelines for audit logging and incident response

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in security engineering, cloud infrastructure, or production/site reliability engineering
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including team building and performance management
• Strong technical understanding of cloud IAM and identity governance frameworks
• Experience with compliance and audit workflows such as SOC2 and FedRAMP
• BS (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field
