Job Summary

• Lead, coach, and develop an engineering team responsible for platform systems
• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to plan and execute the product roadmap
• Drive software development best practices and ensure technical quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience managing an engineering team
• Proven experience with large-scale content management systems and backend systems
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Proficient in PHP or Python, GraphQL, SQL, and TypeScript
