Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Applications Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Applications and Quality engineers while fostering collaboration with partner teams
• Manage technical vendor relationships, negotiate improvements, and develop a vendor development program focused on quality products
• Analyze quality gaps, provide performance feedback, and facilitate training opportunities within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related science required; P.E. or PMP is a plus
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Hardware Engineering, Product Development, or Hardware development Program Management
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience with engineers
• Experience in Renewable Energy systems, particularly in Battery Systems and Photovoltaics
• Proven vendor management experience and strong negotiating skills
