Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Engineering Managers and Software Engineers across multiple Scrum teams
• Oversee delivery health and ensure alignment to strategic priorities across teams
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while addressing systemic issues impacting engineering effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of professional experience in software development or technology roles
• 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, including managing Engineering Managers
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and Agile principles
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels
