Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - ML Data Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute the technical strategy to increase data evaluation velocity and reduce time to production
• Establish clear ownership across the data lifecycle to eliminate fragmented workflows
• Drive data quality frameworks and unlock internal data for ML innovation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field + 8 years of engineering experience, including 3 years in management
• Proven experience in building and scaling data platforms for machine learning workflows
• Experience in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and ML stakeholders
• Strong technical foundation in modern data stacks and distributed systems architecture
• Experience designing data quality frameworks and observability for production systems
