Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture a high-performing engineering team
Provide strong technical leadership, driving solution development and roadmaps
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes and drive engineering excellence

Required Qualifications:

BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of production-level experience in engineering and technical leadership
5+ years of managerial experience leading technical engineering teams
7+ years of experience in machine learning technologies, preferably with Python
Experience in designing and implementing scalable AI/ML platform architectures
