Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations and drive product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Growth Acquisition Engineering and Quality Engineering teams to enhance user onboarding and product quality
• Collaborate with Product to design experiments, define KPIs, and optimize onboarding funnels
• Expand automation coverage and advocate for secure software practices across engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership of engineering teams
• Experience in driving growth or revenue-impacting initiatives
• Strong frontend development skills, preferably with React, and AWS expertise
• Deep knowledge of experimentation frameworks and performance optimization
• Proven ability to enhance team performance and operational maturity
