Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - Conversation Application.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the modernization of core platform services and standardize CI/CD practices
• Establish SLAs and monitoring frameworks to enhance system resilience and reliability
• Mentor a team of engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective system delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building and operating backend or platform systems in production
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading teams and complex initiatives
• Experience in modernizing legacy systems and leading architectural migrations
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and API-first architecture
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and relational databases
