Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Platform Engineering (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery across platform engineering, including developer experience, core platform tooling, and platform infrastructure
• Manage day-to-day engineering tasks, including hiring, developing, and retaining engineers across platform teams
• Coordinate cross-team efforts to prioritize and deliver platform needs for domain teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in engineering management or technical leadership
• Strong technical foundation in distributed systems, cloud-native infrastructure, or platform tooling
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure such as Kubernetes/EKS and infrastructure-as-code
• Proven ability to establish engineering standards for CI/CD pipelines and observability
• Demonstrated capability to hire, develop, and retain strong engineering talent
