Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead their Platform Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the platform's roadmap, prioritizing strategic backlog across infrastructure, security, identity, and developer experience
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers, focusing on team health, growth, and career development
• Drive technical direction for cloud infrastructure and advocate for security practices and compliance across multiple product lines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including 3+ years leading infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering teams
• Experience with internal platform product roadmap ownership and backlog prioritization
• Hands-on experience in multi-cloud environments (Azure or AWS required)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and identity/access management
• Experience with security hardening and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2)
