Required Qualifications

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of production-level experience as an engineer and technical lead
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading technical engineering teams
• Experience in designing and operating cloud-native, distributed systems
• Strong background in modern server-side development (e.g., Python, Java, or C#)
