Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of engineering teams, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Ensure delivery health by tracking project status, identifying blockers, and facilitating effective team rituals
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineering leaders to align on priorities and improve team processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing software engineering teams of 5 or more in a product engineering environment
• Prior experience as a software engineer with strong technical judgment
• Experience with multi-quarter planning and managing delivery commitments
• Ability to operate effectively in a remote-first environment
• US work authorization and ability to pass comprehensive background checks
