Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and product managers to deliver products and features that support business objectives
• Collaborate with product and program managers to ensure clear understanding of the roadmap and execution of outcomes
• Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent while contributing to engineering-wide initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on APIs and SDKs for B2B integration
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing senior-level engineers
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Expertise in Golang and familiarity with TypeScript and React
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial compliance standards
