Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - Release Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team focused on CI/CD infrastructure, build systems, and deployment automation
• Enhance operational excellence by improving pipeline reliability, build times, and deployment confidence
• Oversee the release pipeline from pull request merge to production, ensuring speed, reliability, and security

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in a management role
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and supporting infrastructure
• Strong background in build systems, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments, preferably fintech
• Proven ability to attract and develop top engineering talent
