Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Platform & Scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Engineering Managers and Agile Delivery Leads, ensuring delivery, quality, and system reliability
• Guide architecture across backend and platform systems, actively shaping the design of high-concurrency, event-driven systems
• Collaborate with Product leaders to shape roadmaps and balance speed against scalability and technical debt

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple engineering teams in a fast-paced, product-led environment
• Strong background in backend or platform engineering, with the ability to design and critique distributed systems at scale
• Experience with event-driven architecture and real-time data processing
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Practical experience driving efficiency using Agile principles and modern engineering practices
