Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager for Infrastructure-IAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve CI/CD and build pipeline infrastructure to enhance developer velocity and reliability
• Own and define standards for Terraform-based infrastructure and AWS account organization
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of infrastructure engineers while executing a technical roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer, infrastructure engineer, or DevOps engineer
• At least 3 years of experience leading and managing infrastructure or platform teams
• Expertise in CI/CD platforms and infrastructure as code, particularly with Terraform
• Hands-on experience with AWS account organization and governance
• Experience in cloud cost optimization and establishing visibility through tagging and reporting
