Required Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and DevOps practices, including AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes
• Proven ability to create a strong team culture and foster psychological safety
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including infrastructure and reliability
• Experience navigating ambiguity and aligning cross-functional teams
