Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager responsible for leading application engineering teams and delivering critical business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage performance and career development for engineering teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Oversee technical strategy, architecture decisions, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Partner with product managers to optimize workflows, enforce best practices, and drive timely resolution of application issues

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in software engineering with a degree; 14+ years without a degree
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing multiple teams or large projects
• 6+ years building web-based applications with Single Page Applications and RESTful APIs
• 2+ years delivering software in public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems
