Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams to enhance data streaming infrastructure and services across a multi-cloud environment
• Define and execute the team's strategy and prioritized roadmap in collaboration with product and stakeholder teams
• Champion engineering excellence by setting high standards for quality, reliability, and operational robustness

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering leadership, particularly in building and managing teams of teams
• Strong technical and architectural background in scalable, distributed systems
• Expertise in project management, including creating technical roadmaps and managing project dependencies
• Collaborative leadership style suited for remote work environments
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure) and container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus
