Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and coach a team of 8-12 engineers to manage infrastructure for the platform
• Empower the team by providing product context and supporting ownership of the roadmap and technical excellence
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance migration experiences and improve infrastructure design

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in people management with a software or infrastructure engineering team
• Experience managing senior individual contributors (Staff+ level)
• Expertise in supporting cloud-based infrastructure with complex resource requirements
• Deep understanding of Terraform and cloud infrastructure state management
• Experience leading teams through the product development lifecycle
