Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and roadmap for the Clinical Data Platform, driving architecture and ensuring compliance
• Lead execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives with clear prioritization and measurable outcomes
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of engineers while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience building and operating large-scale data or distributed systems
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing senior engineers and tech leads
• Strong technical depth across software engineering, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience designing and operating multi-tenant, highly regulated data platforms
• Demonstrated ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments and lead from problem definition to execution
