Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager for Devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and guide multiple global engineering teams within the Devices Engineering group
• Set and maintain high engineering standards, including architectural reviews and automated testing strategies
• Partner with Product and Design leadership to define strategic vision and translate business requirements into technical execution plans

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engineering leadership, with at least 3+ years managing multiple teams or a sub-organization of 10+ engineers
• Experience leading software engineering teams on public clouds like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proven ability to develop leadership talent and empower high-level individual contributors
• Experience implementing AI-assisted engineering workflows that improve team throughput and code quality
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and techniques
