Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial software development
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing multiple teams
• Experience in a product-focused company with stakeholder collaboration
• Strong mentorship skills for technical and professional growth of team members
• Proven leadership in driving major projects in dynamic environments
