Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager (Fullstack).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering teams, product, design, and stakeholders to introduce and support customer-facing platform features
Mentor a distributed team of engineers and drive engineering best practices
Set the roadmap for team deliverables and drive the delivery of high-quality product initiatives

Required Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in engineering management with teams of 8+ engineers
Proficient in full stack development, including frontend (React, Remix/Next.js) and backend services (Node, GoLang, Python)
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and continuous delivery
Ability to define and track key metrics and drive accountability across teams
Proven track record of building and retaining high-performing teams
